Tier A Strategy Guide

How to Pilot 学院创新发明家 黑默丁格与杰斯 to Top 4 in Patch 14.23

The 学院创新发明家 黑默丁格与杰斯 build is a Tier A composition with a #4.22 average placement and 59.1% Top 4 rate. Achieving maximum value requires strict economy discipline, scouting for contested units, and adapting your secondary carries based on item drops.

Economy & Leveling Tempo

For Fast 8 playstyles, preserve gold in Stage 2 with win or loss streaks. Push levels according to the standard curve (Level 6 at 3-2, Level 8 at 4-2) and never roll down below 30 gold unless facing elimination.

Contested Board Pivots

If 2 or more opponents are holding copies of your core units, push level 8 early on Stage 4-1 to secure the remaining copies before the champion pool empties, or flex into complementary synergies.

Key Strategic Takeaways

  • Commit to this composition when opening with strong Lux / Leona pairs and AD/AP components.
  • Primary carry itemization must be completed on Heimerdinger before slamming secondary utility items.
  • Frontline bulk on Jayce is essential to buy enough time for backline spell casts.
  • Position carries in protected hexes to avoid direct assassin pathing and AoE crowd control spells.
