Privacy Policy
HexMeta TFT ("we", "our", or "us"), operating at https://hexmetatft.com, is committed to protecting the privacy and rights of all visitors and players. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding data collection and usage.
1. Information We Collect
A. Public Riot Games Telemetry: In accordance with the Riot Games API Terms of Service, we query publicly accessible game telemetry including Riot ID, Summoner Level, Rank, and TFT Match DTOs (placements, traits, units, and augments). We never request or store your Riot account password or payment information.
B. Client-Side Preferences: We store non-sensitive configuration keys in your browser's localStorage: selected language (English, Vietnamese, Korean, Chinese), custom team compositions created in our Team Builder, and pinned comps.
C. Standard Web Telemetry: Like any internet service, our edge servers log standard HTTP requests (IP address, browser type, referral URL, and timestamps) for threat mitigation, rate-limiting, and DDoS protection.
2. How We Use Information
- To compute aggregated meta statistics (Win Rate, Top 4 Rate, Pick Rate, Average Placement).
- To provide interactive tools such as Lobby Scout, Roll Odds Calculator, and In-Game HUD.
- To maintain website performance, prevent malicious scraping, and diagnose bugs.
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties or advertising brokers.
3. Cookies & Local Storage
We keep cookie usage to an absolute minimum. Cookies are used solely for:
- Session persistence and locale preferences.
- Cloudflare security challenges to verify legitimate human traffic.
You can clear your cookies or reset your Team Builder data at any time through your browser settings.
4. GDPR & CCPA Compliance
Under General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), users have the right to request the deletion or anonymization of any cached summoner statistics. If you wish to hide or purge your public summoner profile from our search index, please contact us.
5. Contact Information
